Oceanoasis Hostel - Olhao

The location was perfect, with a bustling local market nearby offering a wide range of fresh goods and a lively marina within walking distance. This made it easy to explore the area's cultural heritage and enjoy recreational attractions. The friendly and welcoming staff were informative and introduced us to the local area, which added to our overall experience.

It would have been helpful to have more essentials like trays, a peeler, and knives. a drying rack on the roof would have been useful.

The breakfast spread in the morning was fantastic, offering a great variety of options. We also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner and even gave us directions to the restaurant. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located near the port with many restaurants and bars. Plus, I appreciated the safe access code for entry.

Sadly, the shower in my room had a leak and the breakfast room was not available. parking was a bit difficult to find.

Stayed at this amazing hostel in Olhão for a few nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The ensuite bathroom in our clean 4-bedroom room was a great convenience. The location was perfect, just 800 metres from the city center and close to the ferry station for trips to the beautiful ria formosa islands. The facilities were top-notch, with strong WiFi, AC, and a delicious breakfast. the best hostel experience I've ever had!

The hostel itself was new and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and a helpful cleaner who allowed us to check in early. The room was perfect - the cleanest I've ever had - and it was tidied and restocked with fresh towels regularly. an excellent stay.

The hotel provided towels and toiletries, which was a nice touch. the location was convenient, with both the old town and train station nearby. the check-in process was quick and contactless, and the staff were responsive in providing door codes.

The shower drainage system didn't work properly, resulting in everything getting completely wet. the breakfast offered was not as described, lacking essential items like eggs and meat.

The building was clean and quiet, and the room was small but cozy. We appreciated the hot water and abundance of towels in the bathroom. The location was ideal, just a few blocks away from the main attractions. Plus, the security code entry system made us feel safe and secure.

We were disappointed that the breakfast didn't start until 10 am. As early risers, this was much too late for us to fuel up for the day.

the check-in process was smooth and the staff provided us with useful information about the area and the beaches. This was helpful in planning our activities during the Easter holiday. Another aspect that I appreciated was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was well-maintained and hygienic. Lastly, the rooftop terrace offered a lovely view, especially at sunset. It was a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

Despite the positive aspects of my stay, there were a few things that I didn't quite like. the noise in the morning was unbearable.
